Huawei will let users access ‘Performance Mode’ in smartphones with EMUI 9.0 update

Few days ago Honor, Huawei’s sub-brand for smartphones, caught everyone’s eyes as it was reportedly caught promoting the cameras of one of its handsets using DSLR-clicked images. Soon after, Huawei too made it into the headlines for tampering with the benchmark results for its three smartphones, a result of which led to the delisting of those handsets from the benchmark result list. Now the Chinese smartphone maker has given a confirmation in an official statement that it will give users access to ‘Performance Mode’ with EMUI 9.0 update.
